I went to deposit my check on Friday and I need to put gas on my car so i was needing money because they give 100 dollars or I mean you have acces to 100$ after you made the deposit. There was a girl speaking in Spanish with Argentina accent that i didn’t understand.first I didn’t receive my 100 dollars the same day and next day on Saturday I went to see my deposit it was on hold until 10 days...As we know everyone is having economic problems with the pandemic and now this happened to me I am so mad and struggling because they open until Monday!

This bank is perfect. The customer service is unbeatable. The employees are great. Knowledgable , friendly, very helpful , doing everything in their power to please their customers. This bank is always empty, because their customers are helped immediately. I have never been in line for more than 5 min. I wouldn't change this bank if another bank paid me.
Great location, excellent customer service, best friendly staff. Safe parking and ATM. Your family when you walk in. At Miami Springs.
