The staff members were very friendly and they have a wide variety of animals that most large chain pet stores don't have. I got my little bunny, Molly, there yesterday and she's the sweetest little thing. She was very trusting right away which tells me that the animals are taken care of. I would love to give 5 stars, but it was a little dirty (smells are to be expected, but it was very, very strong) and I had four parties come in after me that were hped first when I'd been standing there the entire time waiting for help.

Fantastic pet selection. Tons of fish lizards small animals plenty of food cages treats everything you can pretty much think of. They even have on display some endangered species. But those are not for sale. Extremely friendly staff. I even got to see some iguanas that were blue that I haven't seen since I stayed in Malaysia. Friendly staff are patient and take time with you.

I am extremely appalled by the conditions of this store. If I could give them a lower rating I could. I have read through other reviews form a few years ago and am sad to say that nothing has changed. The store smells horrible and many of the animals are in cages that are overcrowded. In the employees only section of the store( in which was never entered and has no door preventing one from looking in) is a tank of mice. It’s a small tank that looks to have about 20 mice in it. I am assuming theses are meant to be sold as food, but the conditions are horrendous. The mice were crawling over one another as the bottom of the tank was not large enough.nnIn one review that brings this up the owners banned the people for trying to talk to them about the conditions. The owners responded to the review by saying that they were renovating. As this was three years ago I’m sure the renovation is over and the conditions are still the same.nnIf you are contemplating purchasing your future animal from this shop I highly encourage you to go elsewhere.
