In the last year I’ve bought over 10 pairs of shoes from this store and keep coming back for more. The selections and styles are ever changing with the seasons and go great with their many store accessories to really perfect an outfit. Since I now wear almost exclusively shoes from this store because of their style, quality, and comfort, I recently decided to buy my work shoes from here too after receiving helpful suggestions about which shoe and brand would be best for my needs. My Algerias are hands down the best and most comfortable work shoes I’ve ever owned. Aside from amazing products, I haven’t met an employee here that I haven’t adored. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable about what they sell. It’s truly a beautiful store in a beautiful town!
This is one of the best customer service stores in Mount Dora! After being treated like trash in a store right around the corner this place saved the day! Great service, love military and give discounts for active and retired vets! Great leather products, I bought a great leather and suede hat worth every penny! I will be back!
At first I thought the costumer service was alright, until the young guy with skinny jeans and hat on, had opened his mouth about my skin tone and how it would wash the color out of the shoes..I had no words I was flabbergasted... How rude and unprofessional of him, I was willing to spend a lot of money in that place as well, because I was looking for a nice new pair of shoes, for the new dress I had just bought down the street. 1/10 would not recommend.
I'm so happy with the customer support I received on my online order. Somehow, I ordered a size 36 when I meant a size 39. When the shoes arrived, back in August, I just put them in my closet, because I had another pair of the same style in a different color, and they are fall/winter shoes. When October came around, I tried to put them on and realized my mistake. The only problem was, I hadn't kept any paperwork, not even anything electronic. I called the store, they asked me to send back the size 36s, and they sent me the size 39s, no questions asked, no restocking charge, no shipping charge. Just helpful, friendly staff! I will definitely buy from this store again.
Awesome customers service. The attendants made eye contact and asked if they could help. They have a vast amount of Dansko's with an array of multiple colours.... I will definitely be back.
