I had an unbelievable wonderful experience here. I am actually shocked at the other reviews here. I was a walk in emergency and got in a room within 20 min. Every nurse and doctor was so helpful and sweet. Very attentive and caring. This was my first time at a hospital since the pandemic hit last year and I was at complete ease with how they handled it here. Temp checks and masks were worn and everyone was just so great. Keep up the great work Waterman Hospital and thank you again for your kindness.

I'm so happy with how great all the staff members are. They all are so helpful and kind. Their bedside manner was amazing. The Dr, nurse's made my daughter feel so safe and gentle. I'm impressed with the service and great care, not once did I feel rushed out the door. Thanks so much for your help, if future service is needed, I will definitely come here first.

I have (unfortunately) had to go to the emergency room on several occasions. Each time I was greeted in a timely and friendly manner. The triage nurse was wonderful and all the staff were very caring and capablenThe time I was actually admitted I was wheeled in by a friendly orderly. My room was spotless.nEach of my nurses and other technicians as well as housekeeping were fantastic.nOne more thing. The food was fantastic.

Waterman Hospital was exceptional! I entered the hospital for a quadruple bypass surgery, with Dr Gary Allen,MD. Everything was explained to me and I was lined up for the next day. The surgery went well and then recovery. The nurses in the cardiac ICU were ANGELS!! They were spot on for any issue or concern. They were kind and compassionate. They were always there when I felt I needed them. After ancouple months recovery, I went to the cardio rehab which I wasn’t sure I needed. After completing the rehab, I was so much happier and stronger!!!nAlthough I wasn’t real hungry at first, the food sounded pretty good. Finally I tried it, and it was delicious. I used there emergency services one weekend due to chest pain! Luckily it was just a panic attack. The doctor was excellent and so were the nurses! This is the best hospital in lake county! Update used the emergency service again for stomach pain excellent doctors and staff!
