Lines out the door, full lobby, only one teller and two bankers in their offices who don't even bother to look at what is happening in the lobby. I walked out and went opened a new account at Suncoast Credit union, just around the corner. So should you if your time is valuable.

This bank should really change his name to “The worst bank in America “. Not only is this branch the worst but I’ve had similar experiences with Bank of America everywhere.
When I was a manager at Burger King this was the bank we used for our deposits, so often when i go, i am on the clock. There is usually only two desk people and one window person working so the line does build up pretty quickly. However the last time I went in there was only one desk person and i was next in line. The young lady working the desk decided to, instead of finishing up with the person she was with, have a 10 minute non work related conversation with that person. It wasn't until the window person came over to help me did i finally get helped.
