We made the right decision to dine at our resort, Hilton Resort and Spa tonight, so delicious!! We cancelled a previous reservations because we heard the food was amazing at The 560 Deck. Didi, our server was very attentive and gave the best food recommendations. The food was out of this world!! I understand their breakfast is also amazing!!

This place was disgusting! Just look at my photo and the base of the bar. Coded in what looks like leaking sewage! My fruit look like a mouse that already bitten out of it in my old fashion. My buddies drink had a red floating fuzzball in it. You have more to worry about than just covid at this bar.

Disturbingly dirty. The staff was indifferent and completely uninterested in customer service. I had to wipe large crumbs off my chair and sat down to dirty glasses at the table. The waiter came over to fill them and when I noted that the glasses were not clean, the waiter look at me like I was insulting him and grabbed the next dirty glass. I told him that was dirty as well and he grabbed both the glasses and walked away without a word... We got up and left and advised the hostess, and she didn't care at all. Not recommended.

I was hesitant to eat here based on the reviews however, everything we had to eat and drink was enjoyable. I had clam chowder soup and my husband had lobster bisque to start, both came out piping hot and were delicious. Next, I had the grouper and my husband had the filet mignon. You get to pick two sides and a sauce, our waiter, Didi recommend sauces for each dish and they were perfect recommendations. We had the key lime tart for dessert and it was also wonderful. There was live music playing near the bar and the musician was very good and set a good ambience.nnMy two negatives were not all the staff were wearing their masks properly, we ate outside as we were more comfortable with that.nnAnd the wine and beer list were nothing special. It would be better to have more local, craft options.nnOther than those two things the service and food were excellent.
