I have been a customer for several years. This year I have been working with Barbara S. at the store at the Promenade. She has been so helpful. She has provided excellent customer service. The store is very clean, and the staff is professional and friendly.
Vili was great, she took her time and listened and she found the perfect frames for me. She was fantastic to deal with, very knowledgeable, professional and extremely pleasant. With a promotional offer from Lens Crafters the price was very competitive. However; it was the customer service that really impressed me.
Everyone was wonderful!!!! I saw Dr. Kramer, Ryan, Brielle and Barbara....all I can say is that they are an amazing team! They were all so kind and informative. Lots of education for those who want it! Ryan prepared me for my visit and was very efficient. Dr. Kramer gave me a thorough & educational exam. Brielle took her time with educating me about contact lens and encouraged me during training, which was truly appreciated. Barbara is the licensed optician and she took her time, educated me and made sure I left with the best pair of glasses! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you to this wonderful team and I will definitely be back again!!!
Shurnett was extremely patient and helpful. She made my experience an easy one.
Not only has LensCrafters not been able to get my prescription right, they have added things to my glasses that I didn’t want and didn’t authorize to be in my glasses. I returned the glasses and will likely never comeback to lens crafters unless out of necessity.
