This store is horrible .I wanted to exchange something I bought from another store here and the manager was horrible.She tried to find fault with everything.The tag was attached to the clothes she said they weren't,she had the receipt and she said she didn't have it .She spoke to me rudely and told me if I didn't like it I should bring it back to the rainbow I purchase it from.She said this rainbow is separate from all rainbows and this is not my home.I don't think the district manager cares about the fact that the customer service is horrible at this store because for years it has always been like that.Citi trends needs to move in this plaza and then they will have no customers because the girls in there are so rude.It comes from the manager straight down. Horrible avoid at all cost .Cheap clothes not worth the disrespect.Plus they talk about you in there language ....
I am really surprised to read the bad reviews from people about Rainbow Shops. I honestly had a great experience with them.
This store is big, love it.
Had an incident in here and the manager didn't handle it at all wont be going there ever again
very nice greeted when we walked in.. everything was very well kept and in order nice and clean!!
