Great prices so many shoes to pick from.. my feet are kid small and I needed walking shoes, who knew kids now have choices.nPlus it's buy one get a second pair 50% off.. the staff very friendly and helpful, store clean.. I came out with 2 new pairs of shoes, happy, happy dance okay walk
I had one of the worst shopping experience in this store. The manager was so unprofessional the way she spoke to me. Just plain disrespectful. I the called corporate office to tell them of my experience they never reached out. Clearly like the manager told me to my face that the company can do without my money. I guess she was right. I will never spend my hard earned money at any of your locations again.
When I cam into Rack Room Shoes earlier this week - I knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted a bootie with slight heel to accommodate my long skirts and pants. I also knew that the sole had to be durable and preferably rubber to endure the extensive walking that I aim to do on a regular basis.
It is a big store with a lot of shoes variety. If you have preferred shoe model, check online if they have your size in the location where you want to go.
Good sale, good prices.
