I delivered my baby here and the experience was wonderful. The Women's Hospital was so nice and everything was super clean, new and the technology looked really up to date -- it didn't even feel like I was in a hospital. Both the labor/delivery and postpartum rooms were private, huge and had their own bathroom. I was induced so was in labor for more than 24 hours and the nursing team was incredible the entire time. Any time I needed something and rang the call button, someone was right there and always more than happy to help with anything I needed. In postpartum, the nurses were also outstanding, especially a nurse named Pam who even my husband thought went above and beyond helping us get the hang of new parenthood and showing us some tricks to keep our baby happy and comfy. The lactation consulting team was also extremely helpful and you can tell they are so passionate about helping moms and their newborns. Our second night there, they also brought a celebratory meal that was so nice and unexpected. It was literally this beautiful meal on a nice cart with a full meal, sparkling juice, desserts and flowers. Even the regular meals were really good, which is something I never expected from hospital food. Overall, it couldn't have been a better experience and that made a huge difference for us given how hard it is becoming first-time parents in the middle of a pandemic. They didn't miss a beat.

I was very impressed and pleased with my outpatient surgery experience at Northwest Medical Center. From check in, everything ran smoothly and timely. The nurses who took care of me before, during, and after my surgery were friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting. Getting to speak with the anesthesiologist and my doctor prior to going under made me feel more at ease. I felt like I was in good hands from the beginning of the process to the end. The bedside manner of all the staff members that I encountered really helped make a difficult day the best it could be.

It will be my pleasure again to write another review for the Northwest medical centre. Again this past weekend we had to go to the emergency Room because my husband was suffering from serious pain in his extremities and when we got there nothing has changed and we were there a year ago the same exceptional service the staff the emergency Room staff was beyond amazing I cannot believe that this medical centre has changed so much since the last time that I was there back in 2016. They were kind and they also were able to comfort him until the test came back. I got there it was like white glove service. The moment you walk through the door a member of the security team registered you, and it took us not even 5 minutes to be attended then we went straight into a Room in the emergency Room. The staff was incredible, I was so amazed at how it had changed and the way that the staff treated you as they made sure that you are comfortable. it was excellent I couldn't ask for anything better it didn't feel like you are in a hospital. Excellent changes! What a great expierence. The emergency staff were beyond great. Our RN and Dr were super. The check in process was painless n actually great. Hope it stays that way.

Everyone was absolutely pleasant to deal with and were all clear about my care! Although no one wants to be in the hospital, the staff in charge of my treatments were wonderful. And surprisingly the food was quite tasty. Thank you Northwest for taking such great care of me!

The staff made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous since I was having extensive surgery, and I was alone because of COVID visitor restrictions. But each staff member made me feel at ease, as if we all knew each other already. All of the accessories and necessities provided were even great. The recovery room was awesome also. I wish I had given birth to my children, and had my prior surgeries here. In the future, I will definitely opt to have any other surgeries here if possible.
