I have all my accounts there and was turned away at the Boca branch (2400 N federal) I always get an attitude when ever I go there. I wanted to open an account for my daughter on 8.21.20 who worked all summer and was turned away because they said I needed an appointment. I went to the branch at 18th and Powerline ( Boardwalk) an was happily taken care of by Christine and Amy. Christine greeted me at the door, although I would have needed an appointment she was very happy to help my daughter and I. - I will never go back to 2400 North Federal highway. They lost my business as well when I opened up a business account with the Deerfield branch on Hillsborough with Javier who took very good care of me, I was shunned with a bad attitude at the 2400 North Federal highway branch a while back. The 18th Street and powerline branch is very clean and inviting with very nice employees!!! I will surely go there always. Do not visit the 2400 North Federal highway branch they are miserable!!

I went to cash a check here. I was told I would be charged 2% fee because I don’t have an account. I loudly objected & was told go cash it at your bank. We are not serving seniors today. Considering the branch is across the street from the largest country club made up of seniors, I thought this was rich. The comment came from a Latino. Reverse discrimination at its ugliest.

We have been banking with PNC for quite awhile now. Leysa who is the branch manager is amazing! She stays in constant contact if you're having an issue, and does what she says she will do. She is very professional. Everyone at the branch is super friendly. Happy to be banking with PNC and this branch!

Angela was absolutely incredible! Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. She helped my father with some banking and he referred her to my brother and I. She was patient and took her time to explain all of the cards and accounts PNC has to offer. Next time I'm in town, I will definitely visit her again and change my accounts to PNC.
