Horrible place!!! Manager Juanita has the worst attitude and could use some courses in customer service and leadership. .....or she should do a different job.

This location has now gotten really bad for customers who need help on the inside of the bank. We have an appointment and have had ZERO people in front of us according to the banks text for about a half hour while they make us sit in the parking lot in 90 + degree temps
Their idea of performing everyday customer service thru the drive up window is not working..they need to find a better way.
This bank employees are super rude and unprofessional the name of the employee is Greg I asked him simple question and he replied to me with aggression because of this guy I don’t want to come to this bank he doesn’t understand simple question and start acting rude.. he should not be here. You ask him simple question he doesn’t know how to do it, he can’t even print and he is working here helping in customer service, and I’m even surprised that a guy like him is working is customer service because he is rude.
