Yesterday I visited this branch to find out about a wire transfer I needed for my mom( 92 years old living in a critical situation in Venezuela)after waiting for almost 1/2 an hour with no one asking me I decided to approach the window teller and here she was Ms Moreno, I tried to explain and all she said was for me to go back to my seat and keep waiting for someone else to take care of my concern, she gave me an actitud and very rarely write bad reviews but this time I think is important for her to know that no matter what, you have to treat people with respect and try to help. Ive been a chase customer for many years now and and situations like this make me think, maybe is time for a change?nI must said that finally I nice lady took care of me and she was very kind and helpful !nToday I received a call from Mr Castillo the branch manager apologizing about my experiencenI really appreciate it

Waiting for over 1 hour to open business accounts. Only 1 person here today who is qualified to open the accounts. They don't know when I will be helped. DON'T BANK HERE. These people are incredibly slow and inconsiderate. If I didn't have everything already set up to use existing Chase account, I'd pull out myself.

Ms. Emma is the best personal banker at that bank! If you need anything I suggest you ask for her, best customer service hands down! she’s the only one who’s courteous and actually takes the time to help the customer.

During the Covid 19, pandemic the doors are closed and everyone is supposed to use the drive thru. So I am waiting inline with 5 other cars, a teller walks someone ahead of the people already waiting because they don't have a car. So why do they get head of the line, no handicap just total disrespect for the Chase members already waiting. So, Chase must think this is fine because their employee did it without hesitation.
