VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY with awesome field technicians! Abram was on time, courteous, and extremely polite. He put on booties to protect my carpet which I greatly appreciated. Abram took the time to go over the work he'd do to all three of my AC units, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with his service. Ellington Air has earned our business! Came home from work to a 90 degree house and the ac unit wouldn’t kick on. After trying to reset breakers with no luck I called Ellington and was advised a technician named Curtis would be reaching out and on his way shortly. About 20 minutes later Curtis arrived and diagnosed the issue right away, a worn out capacitor. Curtis took time after the replacement to go over potential issues and proactive steps I could take to get the most life out of our ac system. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking all the other aspects of the system to make sure it was in top shape. Even late in the day, around 7:45-8pm at this point, Curtis went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of completely. I hope we don’t have any issues with the system anytime soon, but it puts us at ease knowing we can count on people like Curtis when needed. Thanks again!
Ellington replaced our A/C & Furnace last year. We got the 'No Worries' service. Choosing Ellington to replace our unit (and the company we had been dealing with) was one of the best decisions we ever made. Cody is the Tech that usually comes out.
