I have been going to them for several years. The glasses were great and anytime I needed them adjusted I would just stop on by and they always fixed them perfect. The price was very affordable. Also, Dr Williams is very professional and very nice.

Had an apt. both times and 1st time when we went in the eye doctor called out and I didn’t get a call from them to reschedule. 2nd time doctor left before we got there. I think Walmart or the vision center needs to find a doctor that wants to help everyone with their eyes.... so over Walmart in Starke...

I put not to have my eyes dilated because I had to drive myself home. And they were out of those sunglasses things they give you for when you go outside...HOWEVER, when i went back to ask Dr. William's receptionist if they had them and she couldn't find any, she went and actually bought me a pair of sunglasses with her personal money. That's good business in my opinion, they took care of me and were VERY friendly!!!

Been trying to get an eye exam for 2 weeks. Have to keep taking off work to go in (by appt) and every time there is an excuse on why the dr isnt in. Staff doesnt seem to really care about it either

I decided to try Walmart for my next pair of glasses because it was convenient on my lunch break instead of going to my regular optometrist in Gainesville, I work in Starke. It was not the best experience I've had buying glasses, the exam was fine, but afterward there was not much help selecting frames. No biggie though, its just nice to have some help because you can't see. I chose a pair and was assured more than once that if anything happened to them for any reason for a year they would replace and/or repair. When the glasses came in, I picked them up but there was no offer to adjust them to fit, just kind of handed them to me. Usually there is some kind of adjustment or checking them, but OK, they seemed OK, I could see at least.nAfter having them less than a month I was adjusting the bows to bend behind my ear better, and the bows cracked where I adjusted them making two sharp edges on both ears. I realized I was the one that broke them so I went back in and told them what I had done and asked if they could be repaired. They told me no, that I had broke them adjusting them without heating them up first so they wouldn't repair and replace. I said I don't mind paying to have them repaired and I realize I was the one that broke them, but they still said no and recommended that I put super glue on them and sent me on my way. I have had replacement bow covers put on metal frames before so I know its possible. In fact I removed them myself and put the covers off of my old glasses on them so I could wear them when I got home.nWell this morning the nose piece fell off. I've had them just over a month now. I am working today, so my wife is taking them to our regular optometrist to repair them and buy me a different pair of glasses, I guess these will be my $400+ pair of backups.
