I'm really not sure what is going on lately, but this place is rarely open when I go by at night. They say they close from 2-3am since Covid started but tonight they were closed at 11:45. Please try to change your hours to reflect actual operations. It is terribly inconvenient for locals to never know when you are accepting customers. The cashiers are all friendly and great. It isn't their fault.
Stop here all the time on the way to Gainesville. Staff seem really nice. Bathroom clean for the most part. The only part confusing was they sell food and there was a young lady with a dog laying on the floor in the way so she could play some coin drop game. Not a service animal or at least not marked as one as they are supposed to be.
Contacted Pilot about this center. Found out it's independently owned franchise. Absolutely filthy bathrooms and would be terrified to eat anything from the Dunkin or the hot food from the back. Surprised Pilot keeps their name on this place. I try to stop in Baldwin or the Loves in Hawthorne. Or one of the 2 on 326 in Ocala.
We stop here often on the trip down clean facilities fresh fruit options. Hard to get out of
This is not a location that Pilot should be proud of. Not a really clean store, ladies room is in horrible condition. Stall doors with holes in them, holes in the walls, sinks dirty and no hot water.
