Petco

We adopted a bearded dragon today and the young man that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't know his name but he was tall with glasses and in a green shirt. He totally knew what our new pet needed and helped us find all the necessary accessories. Thank you! Also, the young lady that checked us out was great! She was very friendly and affable. I wish I knew their names but hopefully they get the props that they deserve from us. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Sincerely, Tess, Lou and our new pet, Wally!

Always a pleasure visiting this location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. A older lady that works there is always so kind whenever I visit I wish I could remember her name but she is amazing !!! Their grooming salon I tried for the first time this past weekend and they did a great job grooming my dog :) there were two employees in the past who were rude but I think they have since been discharged or quit

My wife took our dog to this PETCO location and arrived a few minutes late. She was told by Sierra that they will not be able to take our dog as a result. My wife then asked what was the late policy cause she was 10 minutes late and was told it’s at the groomers discretion. She was also told that there was a big Golden Retriever scheduled today as well so they need to prepare for that. So not only did they decide not to groom our dog but they also made it known that our dog wasn’t priority which was very disheartening. Speaking with the manager Angus he said they’re short staff with only 2 groomers and are over booked through May. So this let me know that it really wasn’t about my wife arriving a few minutes late it’s that this location is understaffed and cannot retain enough groomers to accommodate the area. If your service isn’t what you are used to at this location this could be a contributing factor where the groomers are cutting corners and not taking the time to provide good service for EACH CUSTOMER.

Always nice and stocked well. Decent prices. Vetco staff are great.

Love this Petco but recently they have extremely little pets! It is a huge store very animal friendly issue I had with them is they sold me a baby mouse who couldn’t substantiate life had the really bad shakes and died days later thankfully we returned and got out baby who is full of life !
