I was in constant pain starting pretty much from the bass of my skull down the left side of my neck into my shoulder and down my left arm. The pain was numbing and I had tingling as well. I couldn’t sleep as I couldn’t get comfortable enough to nod off or stay asleep. But my wife referred me to Dr Tim and I immediately was hesitant as I’ve always thought that Chiropractors were in line with witch doctors. But luckily she kept on me and I decided to try it out. Well I’m very happy i did. Dr Tim and his staff took me in and worked hard on me to relieve me of the pain and tingling. I’m not gonna lie and say I didn’t feel like giving up after not seeing immediate results, but as the weeks went by I started to notice pain relief and more mobility and as of today I’m pretty much pain free. And I’m a lot happier and can do my job without pain and also workout again as well. Dr Tim and his entire staff are awesome people, always positive, laid back and tremendously helpful. He and his practice will be highly recommended by myself to anyone having chiropractic issues.

My daughter has scoliosis and was complaining about her back hurting. Since she has been seeing Dr. Tim there have been no complaints of back pain. In fact she is back to dancing around the house and she is happier then before. Dr. Tim’s plan is working amazingly for our family and he really enjoys helping families. My daughter looks forward to her visits not only because her back will feel better it’s because Dr. Tim and staff make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. They are AMAZING ud83eudd29 THANK YOU.

I injured my back on January 29, 2021.nAfter two weeks of icing three times daily and taking Advil it wasn’t improving, in fact it seemed to be getting worse.nI decided to go to a chiropractor and fortunately, on a family members recommendation, I landed at Integrated Physical Health LLC. After the initial examination and X-rays the staff developed a recovery plan that they discussed with me. I felt confident they could help me and began treatment. After three visits the pain was less intense and not as frequent. After nine visits, just three weeks, I am free from icing and taking Advil. I have also returned to most of the physical activities I was doing prior to my injury.nI am extremely thankful to Tim and the entire staff. I plan on continuing the treatments until fully recovered and going forward, a maintenance (tune up) plan based on the staffs recommendations.

Have been receiving excellant care here for many years! Staff is exceptional. Lisa Sugar, N.P. has begun a new regimen of treatment (injection) for me that is working very well, and is plant based. So much better than synthetic pain medication.

Dr. Tim and staff have been wonderful! I have had neck and back pain problems for a quite a while, but so far since I started treatment here I have been waking up well rested and feeling less pain. I’m definitely looking forward to the next couple of months of treatment!
