Planned Parenthood - Wilmington (DE) Health Center

Nice place and atmosphere! Employees are friendly and professional. I wish I got all of their names, including the wonderful Nurse Practitioner I saw. I came in about an hour later than expected on 1/7/21 at 3:20pm, due to traffic jams and a scheduling mishap with another office. Despite me being late, these ladies were understanding and helped me with everything I needed. I hope all of them there at that time and date I mentioned are recognized for their great work (:

Dr. Allison was very caring & patient. One of the best doctors I’ve ever met ! My visit here was very quick I actually got done way before my appointment time even started so I was grateful for that. The staff is very well mannered & everyone is so polite. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Prefer this location over Newark. NP who has cared for me is very informative and makes you feel very comfortable!

Staff was extremely rude I showed up a few minutes early and they sent me a text today saying I missed my appt. Was there to simply get bc pills and I have insurance that they accept but the rude woman at the desk said they wouldn’t take me after I waited a good amount of time. The other woman in the waiting room had been waiting for two hours and was very upset and at that point and we were the earliest appts of the day. Would rather drive out to Media.

I read several posts that did not give good reviews of this facility, but after starting HRT with Allison Kingcade, I found this facility to be non-judgmental, warm, kind, caring, and very professional. They pay great attention to detail in planning your treatment. I have been waited on in a timely fashion each time I have visited. I would recommend this place.
