UAMS Health - Family Medical Center in Springdale

Both the doctors I've seen here have been friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I feel like the quality of care I have received here is far better than I have at any other office I've ever been to. The doctor actually reads the chart and asks follow up questions as opposed to rushing me out. The exams have been far more thorough than previous doctors as well.

I've been a patient of the medical staff at the Springdale clinic for about 15 years now and have only the highest regard for them and the care I've received there.

DO NOT recommend this place!nResidents experience is very poor.nCommunication is horrible.nDiagnosis is not accurate/ wrong.nOnly one check up visit for my family that should be covered 100% by insurance, we got $600 bills because of doctor( a resident) wrong diagnosis.nI spent the last 3 months trying to correct this and no one ever get back to me!nI will not go there again and do not recommend this clinic for any one.

The staff was quick, efficient and very informative. The facility was very clean.

I have a WHOLE book to tell, but for MY protection...I will update everyone after I'm done speaking with my attorney. This place and the workers are just sad! Do not receive services here if you're looking for professional, adequate, caring people!
