Most professional HVAC business in the River Valley! I can't say enough about the promptness and level of service that they have provided me in the past. The cost of replacement and the quality of the air conditioner they installed surpassed my expectations. My electric bill dropped substantially after my old A/C unit was replaced with a more Energy Efficient one. Thank you Micah and your crew for everything!

The owner, Micah, took care of my issue while he was out of town. It is nice to have a company with a personal touch, and having the owner care enough about his custormers to stay in touch with his employees to make sure things run smoothly is not common these days. Rice is definitely better than any company I have used in the past, and they have a customer for life.

Our home has 3 units (2 of which were aging). 3 years ago the first unit began leaking due to rust and abuse, I had American Home Shield, and I first met Micah. He tried to repair the issue, but it was rusted through and would be cost prohibitive to repair. He installed a new unit which we have been exceptionally pleased with. We had scheduled to replace the 2nd aging unit, he did that last year and it is performing exceptionally. His team is professional, thorough and they strive for excellence. I recommended him to my Mother who is very happy with her new install and the punctuality and performance of his team.

Called Micah for a quote of new hvac system install and a quote for a blower motor replacement. He quoted $2900 for labor of new system install and $325 for a blower motor replacement(part+labor). So I went with the cheaper option. He came back with a new blower motor installed. When time come for payment he wrote me an invoice for $439. I asked him what the extra $114 for he said there is a $75 service charge and taxes. Even though he did not service my hvac unit. The install was professional but the pricing is shady. This guy would take every chance to nickel and dime you. Would not recommend this company unless you want to pay extra. Will report to the Better Business Bureau.
