Arrived at the drive-thru at 9:32am -- posted hours state that the drive-thru opens at 9:30am. Waited 15 minutes along with 8-10 other patrons. No one inside, no notice that the branch would not open on time. Absolutely inexcusable. What good is a bank if it I can't rely on it to be open when it states that it will be open!? Sad excuse for customer service.

This is one of the worst banks i have ever been to and ive been to a lot of cities and different states.Rude customer service not professional not polite very unwelcoming and rude they charge you high fees and dues even if its their fault i would not recommend this bank to my worst enemies.

Love US Bank in Hartford! Super friendly staff and fast service. They have been amazing to my family & business. I would recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new place to bank.
