Famous Footwear

Bought super cute ankle high boots. Tried on the shoe and of course it was perfect. I finally had time to wear them and the right boot has something loose inside. To top it off the seal on that same side inside the shoe was something pushed up. I can't even wear them! Inserts don't even hit the lump on the heal part. Of course past return date so I wasted morey on shoes I can't wear and that hurts my foot so bad! Learned my lesson of buying shoes from them

I have only ever bought two pairs of shoes here. The issue is that their sizes are limited. Every time I think oh those are cute they do not have my size to try them and I don’t want to order them on line and not be able to try them on first. Disappointed especially when it causes me to travel out of town for my shoes.

Nice variety of shoes with good deals. Tyler was so friendly and helpful, I swing by for a stain protector spray and he remembered me from last time. Definitely his smile and customer service make my experience unique.

Very rude staff. Discriminates against people with disabilities. Does not provide masks for customers but requires them, that makes a lot of sense?? Customer service is awful here do not go to this location.
