Ridley's generally has anything you need
Service was great! The food hit n ready food was not very tasty, especially the pizza.
Worst customer service ever. The staff are so rude and act annoyed any time you ask for something. There’s one in particular that just throws your stuff around like you just ruined his whole day by coming through his line.
I’ve asked to have my phone number added to the store card several times and every one of them say they don’t know how. I have yet to see a single manager or anyone who appears to be over 20 working there. The standard response to any complaint is “do you want the number to corporate?”
I live super close to this store, but I avoid it like the plague. You know it’s bad when you’d rather brave the horde at Walmart than go to this store.
Always friendly staff, good prices, fresh produce and they care about their community by having someone available to hand out face masks during the pandemic. Very much appreciated!
I have seen a big difference in this store in the last couple of weeks! Is there new management? It's more clean and bright, the products have been rotated better, and everyone seems more friendly and positive. It's nice to have a place to return your carts outside, now. I'm loving the changes! Keep up the great work!
