Excellent service here! I had foreign objects stuck in my eye. I went over on a Wednesday at about 10:30 forgetting they don’t open till noon. I called and told them about my very painful situation and they immediately unlocked the door and took care of me. The particles were removed and I had immediate relief. I also come here for regular exams and glasses, always great service. Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Ackerson for a number of years now. He always does a great job. However, my last experience was a little bumpy......until Heather got involved and did an amazing turn around and fix all the problems! Short story: My glasses had several problems NOT ALL at the fault of Ackerson Eyecare. Heather took care of the problems, fixed my new glasses, made it right, and went the extra mile in making sure I was happy! Hands down an exceptional experience!
