This store is amazing. My wife and I tried to change carriers, and when we walked in and explained why, the staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help. Special shout out to Alexandra for being patient, and staying late to help get our account set up.

We were on vacation in Utah and decided to upgrade our phones while there. This store was the closest one to us, so we stopped in hoping to find the iPhone in stock that our daughter was wanting. They had the model and color she wanted, and the sales associates that helped us were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up going back the next day to upgrade my and my husband's phones, had the same sales associates, and had another great experience. I highly recommend them!

I was helped by Alex at this location. It was pleasant and she broke everything down for me and my wife. It was a pleasure and this has definitely become our location for now on.

The people at the store were very helpful. It's the system that AT&T has that is horrible. What's the point of going into a store to verify who I am if the people in the store have to call AT&T just to get anything done. Trying to get through to people was a nightmare, and then when we did we were told that someone else had to call in. So annoying. We spent almost 12 hours, yes 12 HOURS in the store trying to communicate with AT&T over the phone to try and get our account set up again after the first one was flagged for fraud, so they canceled that account, forcing us to get new phone numbers, I've spent the past 24 hours updating every contact, client, bank, app, or other individual or agency trying to switch my number to the new number. I switched from Verizon hoping to have a better experience, they are equally as terrible.
