Nina, the owner and Gabriel, the manager run a great store. They go above and beyond to help their customers and even more, to help the community. My experience in this store is top notch and I am more than grateful to know that they run a great business in the community that I live in.

Went to return my Amazon order and followed the same process I used previously at this store. Had my return barcode when I entered the sales associate RayLee was incredibly rude and told me I needed to box the package and would have to go print my own labels. I asked a clarification as last time I just had my barcode scanned and they took the return and she was again rude. Why work as a sales associate if you can’t provide basic customer service? This is not typical for what I have experienced in the past at this location. The two other sales associates were venting about how much they hate Amazon. Unprofessional experience overall. I was also the only customer in the store at the time and the associate acted annoyed to have to assist me. I paid the 2.25 for the box and was able to post my return but left not wanting to ever return to that store. I work near the UPS store in Layton and will use that location.

Had an excellent experience setting up a mailbox in this location from a far! I have been working with various UPS locations for mailboxes and location #3790 was by far the easiest to work with and Gabrielle answered all of my questions promptly!

1st time coming in here today and everyone was super friendly and super helpful. Gabriel was an awesome guy to work with to help me with my notary and faxing for a new career I'm headed into. Awesome place! Thank you guys!

Horrible customer service! I got the at 4:59 today and when I was walking through the door the employee said we are closed and pushed me out the door. I had a amazon package I had to return it would have taken him 2 seconds to scan my phone and take my package. But instead he pushed me out the door and said nope I won’t take it, we are closed. If you have a customer you need to help them until all customers are gone. When everyone is gone then that is when you are closed. Ugh I’m so upset!!
