Northern Utah Glass

For the most part, my experience with them was terrible. They were quick to come out and measure, but it took a month to get the glass and scheduling the installation was a nightmare. Had to call them several times to get it arranged. The best I can say is that, when they finally did come to replace the windows, they were quick, friendly and professional. HOWEVER - they were supposed to come back the next day to do the screens - didn’t. Had to call again to complain. The explanation was “we can’t work overtime”, like that’s my problem. What they ended up doing was just leaving the screens on my front porch in the hot sun for me to find. No calls, doorbells or knocks. The kicker - the screens are also the wrong size. I don’t like to complain or leave bad reviews, but this was just too much. UPDATE - Not long after posting my review, a service tech showed up to try and make it right. He apologized and took back the random assortment of screens that had been given to me and took proper measurements to get them made correctly. Unfortunately, almost two weeks went by without any contact from them. Once again, I had to call and inquire, and it seemed that the office was unaware of the status. Still - they promised to figure it out, and they did. A day or two later, the screens were delivered, and they all fit perfectly. To sum up - friendly people, the actual glass installation was great, but the disorganization was a real issue for me. I would have appreciated an offer for a partial refund or credit on my next service. That might have influenced me to use them again in the future.

Just had a kitchen window replaced by Northern Utah Glass. It took a little longer than it probably should because of this COVID nightmare...but that is okay, it is something that is out of everyone's hands. Window looks great and Wyatt did a terrific job taking out the old ugly window and installing our new one. It was quick and painless. Thank you! DW

These guys are great! They are very reasonably priced and work quickly and efficiently in getting the job done. Andrew is very kind and knowledgeable about the work! The installers are very kind and friendly also. I highly recommend them!
