We ordered a beautiful arrangement for delivery the next day. The next day my MIL was moved back to the hospital. The flowers were almost out the door when I called, but I was just in time. They indicated I could let them know when I had a more stable address for her, and they would make up a new arrangement. I thought that was very gracious and accommodating. When I did call back, the arrangement was delivered that day, and by all accounts it is lovely. Very happy with the service, and would recommend.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mother in law yesterday for her birthday. I'm in the UK but I was just informed that they delivered it sometime over a week ago. Maybe the day after I ordered it?? Definitely not on the date that's on the order slip. I've been trying to email them for over an hour but their website times out before loading and they don't have an email address to contact them - and again, I'm in another country so I can't call to get clarification on why my order was delivered like 9 days early. I'm very frustrated by the lack of attention to order details. if you guys pay attention to these reviews at all, please, feel free to email me and explain. I would assume at this point that my mom has flowers that died before her birthday. Huge waste of almost $100. Update: The day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received a delivery confirmation, as if they had been delivered that day. VERY frustrating... I emailed the company upon returning to the US (end of last week). I have not received a response to the email or this review.

Tharp's Flowers ALWAYS makes me look like a rock star! They get my order correct, they have beautiful, fresh, long-lasting flowers AND they deliver to my parent's place out in the boonies without giving me a hard time about it like that other flower place in Deming does. I will always choose Tharp's. They deliver quality with excellent service every time! THANK YOU THARP'S!
