Dr. Jahan Imani is incredible. He is very informative, personal, takes complete care of you, the best physician I've seen in along time. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Couldnt be happier with my appointment!

He used to be a great neurologist but the last couple of times I've been in he seems in a hurry to get rid of me and can't keep my medical records straight. I was reprimanded for not decreasing the amount of meds I take throughout last year although that was never discussed in the previous appointment. Now I'm dealing with driver's license issues as him/his office never sent my paperwork over to the DMV. When I called to resolve this the receptionist acted like I'm at fault here. Avoid at all costs.

just now I have been a patient of Mirinda's for a year now. If wasn't for her I wouldn't know what is really going on with my body. I would recommend her to anyone. I am also a patient of Dr imani. Last September we found out I have a pseudotumor cerebri. Imani had been amazing at helping me to figure out what is wrong. On numerous occasions he has wanted me in that day for a procedure. But to my amazement his "nurse" does not follow instructions. I was told in February after my second spinal tap that I needed to have a Shunt placed immediately. So after a week I called back because I had not heard anything. And I got yelled at by his nurse Sharon for calling. So since February after finding out that the referral they sent out was not covered on my insurance. I asked for her help and she replied with it is the patients responsibility to find a nuersugeon. So for the last 3 months I've been trying to get into imani to see what our options are. Every time I schedule an apt with the front desk sharon calls and says imani doesn't want to see me, or that I have an outstanding bill that no one told me about every month I go in. Or any other excuse she can come up with. I've talked to my pain dr and there is nothing she can do. And she doesn't understand why Sharon is so cold and rude to me. I have been very patient in dealing with this woman. But a couple weeks ago we found out my mother has the same pseudotumor. And of course I was like go see imani. With her first apt our car over heated and we were 5 minutes late and they would not see her. She was then rescheduled for Monday. At that time I scheduled my apt right after hers in hopes we could kill 2 birds with 1 stone. So we went in and I was told I could not be seen. Again. So my mother is getting checked in and they tell her she has a $50 deductible. They take her papers back to Sharon and a few minutes later the girl at the front desk was on the phone with someone saying "yeah it's Amanda's mom" . Then she came back out and told my mom she had to pay $100 or could not be seen. My mom was extremely upset seems how her being a patient has nothing to do with me being a patient. We left. Got down the road and mom realized she didn't get her papers back so we turn around. She goes in and Sharon refuses to give back her papers saying she needs them. At this point I'm upset. It's one thing to bully me but why are you bullying my mom. So I made some calls to find out what can be done with this nurse that has made my life a living hell. I've had to call drs from ogden to provo and get a copy of my referral from Sharon because she refused to send it off. So I had to fax my referral of to numerous drs trying to get a Shunt put in my head. I'm suffering from extreme headaches, losing my vision and hearing because if the pressure in my head from this pseudotumor. And she will not let me see Dr imani. Yesterday I spoke to someone at Utah department of professional licensing. He then tried to contact Sharon because how I'm being treated is illegal for a licensed nurse. Come to find out she is not even a nurse. But she is giving shots and drawing blood? Scary now that I know the truth. I have called several times to speak with imani and she won't let me. And as of today my apts with my pain dr have been canceled. With no one answering me as to why. Pretty sure it's illegal to cut a patient on pain meds off like that? I have absolutely no problems or issues with anyone in this office besides Sharon. But my mother was discriminated against by Sharon. And I've been treated poorly. We are contacting lawyers because of this. We will be filing a discrimination lawsuit against Sharon. I hope to hear from mirinda and imani to get this matter fixed. Again my only problem is being treated poorly by Sharon while I'm in need of a very serious surgery and can go blind at any moment. Thank you. Hope to settle this and have my drs back I need them.

Finally found a neurologist that listened to me and explained PD to me so that I understood it but didn't speak to me like a child. I was happy that his 1st remedy wasn't medication but a wait and see how my symptoms developed. Thank you Dr Imani for listening to me and caring about my disease. Teresa

I was a patient here 2015. Wish with plxus palsy. Symptoms included complete numb and inability to move the arm and right hand. This was result of a pinched nerve in the area. Doc said it would probably get better. However doc wasn't able to give time of expected recovery. After 6 weeks I began to believe that I would never regainfeeling or be able to usemy arm or hand again. 8 weeks later I woke up and everything was back to normal. Like it never happened! Blessed to have it all functioning properly! Lost my favorite job working from home just 4 days earlier. Grrrr.
