I would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and aides that helped take care of my mom while she was there the second time around. They took very good care if her in her final days. They made sure they checked on her and made sure she was comfortable. I would like to thank Penny (nurse). She was my mom's last nurse. She did a great job on checking on her and they all asked if we wanted anything. Penny made sure my mom was as comfortable as she could be in her final hours before she passed. She had pneumonia badly, but it wasn't because of Janesville Mercy. My mom was brought in Friday August, 28 2020 and passed a week later. So thank u to all the nurses, doctors, cna's, and Dr. Green as well. Dr. Bangert and Amanda (PA) of Dr. Green. You all did wonderful. I recommend this hospital. They care about their patients. Thank u all again for taking care of my mom.

If you have a serious condition, go to Dean. Stay away from mercy. They will make sure you pay up before they worry about the care of your family. There are some great doctors but not enough to make up for how bad, and super dragged out the care is here. Trust me when I say this GO TO A DIFFERENT HOSPITAL!

They let everyone die here with no care as soon as we got to the ER this Nurse was being Very rude for no reason we just came in and my grandma needed to go get care immediately while the hospital was empty she could’ve been taking care quicker! I’m sorry to the owner of this hospital for having these kind of nurses they knew we were Asian and didn’t help with nothing it’s a big F U and I’m going to become a nurse to show you that no matter Race/color I’m going to keep people alive!

No bedside manner! Very unprofessional! Will discuss personal matters in the waiting room (while other patients are listening/seeing) across the room from you due to COVID19 rather than pull you into a room or take you outside (so much for Hippa). Very dissatisfied!! You would get much better care elsewhere.

Well, let me start by saying, my wife had issues after her outpatient surgery, by no fault of anyone. But.. let me then say... Wow! I was amazed with the response of every nurse, anesthesiologist, recovery room crew, neurologist, medical aid, specialists, intensive care , surgical care,and surgeon on her case. she was never left alone when the scary stuff was happening. At no time did i feel like she was not in the best care possible. My wife is my best friend and when i should've been freaking they were there, calm and collected..which made me calm and collected. There are alot of hospitals that could use this as a perfect training tool.nI am glad we made the drive to Janesville Mercy from Rockford. I may just make the drive every time.
