Forever Young Shoes

I have dozens of shoes from here and love them but unfortunately my most recent experience has made me not want to shop here again. I came in over a month ago to get some shoes for my wedding, got a call to come in and pick them up so I did only to find out that there were two right feet. They found the other one to ship and I walked out again with nothing. Waited over a month to hear from them and never did, I called and they had miss placed the shoes but found them and told me to come in and get them. I went in the girl “inspected” them at check out and I purchased them, got home to only find out that I had two different sizes but both said the size I needed. Now they don’t know where either of the shoes are and now I have to find something else. So much hassle for something so easy.

Forever Young shoes is the ONLY place I buy shoes. I always order online and pick them up at the Ogden location for FREE! It’s super quick and easy. Very affordable and they have super good deals!

WORST customer service. They don’t even deserve 1 star! Will never shop here EVER again. Also, I have a store credit gift card someone can have if they want to buy from this garbage company
