I give 4 stars because when I walked in I was told they were happy to help if we have any questions. But then I asked a question and it seemed like they weren't very focused on answering and more on that they got off in 30 minutes. But I get that people are tired at the end of their shift. They were nice beyond that

Famous footwear has a great selection of shoes. There are never enough employees to help check out . There is usually one person working in the entire store. They do have a great selection though.

Great store. I just started a job that requires a lot of walking and Stephanie helped me pick out some that have worked great for me. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. Great employee
