Journeys

The manager of this location with the big curly hair is awfully rude. Instead of helping me she told another employee to do it instead because and I quote “want to take a smoke break in the back.” She tried to be secretive about it but I can clearly hear her! Decided to take my business at the Layton location instead.

I went into Journeys and I went in with the intention of great customer service because I have been here lots of times to shop for my kids shoes. I needed shoes in a certain size and the workers there were just standing there talking the whole time. When I asked the lady working there she if she could check the price because it was not on the shoe she seemed bothered. They were talking about,” certain activities” they were going to do after work which I thought was unprofessional and quiet frankly rude because my two year old and four year old were standing right there. On the way out I asked for her name, which she said was Hannah, she hesitated giving it to me. I am very sad to say I will not be coming to this location again.

Felicia was awesome very nice.

I wanted specific DC shoes and Nick, the store manager as been so great to work with!!! He helped me order online, got me all of my info that I needed as well as wanted. Thank you Nick for being awesome!!!
