If you have any doubt about using this company for your project...don't! This company and all of their staff are fantastic. Not only do they provide, great products but their service is unlike anything you will find around. They provide excellent customer service. Each member of their team strives to make sure that you get the product you want or the product you envisioned. I have done several projects with them and keep going back to them for this very reason. The most recent project happen to come at the WORST time, COVID. With the shutdown of the factory and everything going on world wide my project manager and the owner of the company kept in contact with me and gave me updates all along the way. Although all of the slow down was out of our hands it was still nice to get updates and details of the progress of my order. When the product finally came in, it was not to the standards of Creative Culture or what I wanted or expected. And without hesitation they began to make it right. They asked me what I wanted to see improved or changed and they started on it immediately. This project meant a lot to me as we were trying to recreate a fire department badge that was over 50 yrs old. They had the same standards that I did and wanted to make sure that the badge matched as close as possible. Words cannot express in a Google review how awesome their customer service is. That is a very big aspect of business to me, especially because it is very hard to find anymore. I have done business with them before and will continue to do business with them in the future. I am not just blowing smoke, I am telling whoever reads this the truth. If you have a coin, badge or something else you would like to see them make for you, use this company. Their standards are high. They provide the best product out there. And their service is unmatched to my finding so far. Professional products, with professional people providing professional service. You will not be disappointed, I stand behind that statement 100%.

9 months ago I ordered badges for our state agency. After several emails, orders being lost and forgotten, still have not received anything. Then they blamed Covid19 (that was after 6 months of no order). You guys need to get your act together if you want to be a real business. I would rather you just send me elsewhere than waste this much of my time. Response to your response: Really? That's your response?

I initially went with this company because the were a local small business. Months later I regretted my decision. After paying a significant portion of the bill up front and being promised an 8-10 week delivery time I received repeated excuses for delays. As it passed 4 months I informed the owner that if I could not get documentation that the factory had started on the order I needed our money back and received a one word response “Really?”. It took another two weeks to get our money back and that only happened that quickly because I went to the store to pick up the check.

Ordered two badges and a wallet. Finally, received the two badges, but no wallet. One of the badges was for the wallet (flat badge). I paid for everything up front over the phone, including expensive shipping. The total was almost $250. These items were paid for on Oct 2018. Emailed this company multiple times. They acknowledged they messed up and would order the badge wallet and put a “hot rush” on it. That was in Jan 2019. It’s now Oct 2019 and I still don’t have a wallet that I’ve paid for. I hate to give one star, but that’s the lowest it will go.

Company does excellent work. Great company and great people.
