Amazing work...but the son in law KYLE, TRIED to take over so randy could retire but he ended up screwing randy over for thousands and thousands and leaving pools unfinished, so randy came back and made it right and finished the work for a couple and did an amazing job...kyle about ruined the business and never called customers back... But now its back in the hands of randy and doing amazing again...so if your looking for an amazing custom pool or spa give RANDY a call ...

The location of this store is great, it's right off 1900 which makes it really easy to get to. However, you cannot see it from 1900. The best way to get there is to go all the way through the harmon's parking lot (heading south), then turning west at the end of the store to reach the traffic light, at which point you want to continue west, going straight through the intersection. The building is older and needs some improvements, but they parking lot is large. Also, great customer service!

As far as I see this is not a good company. I ordered a new hot tub cover a month ago and was told it would be here 2 weeks later .It didn't show. Then I was told it's guaranteed it would be here the fallowing week. Never happened ..my check has cleared the bank and still no cover ? The only number I can find leads to Randy and I've left 3 messages and no return calls ..my next step is a lawsuit .Do not use this company unless you like being ignored .......

Poor customer service. Randy from Kahuna pools built a pool for us, but there were things in the original bid that he said would cost extra and he would not install them until we showed him the bid. It was a battle to get him to install everything that he said he would. The heater that he installed for us has only worked about 6 months out of the 3 years that we have had it due to it the face plate melting and it breaking several times. We tried several times to get him to fix it and he rarely showed up when he said he would. When he did fix it, it was only temporarily until it broke again. The last time we requested he fix it, he said he would and it would only cost a couple hundred bucks but he never actually made it out to fix it until the following summer and after missing several commitments to be there. After he finally showed up, he said that the part it needed would cost as much as a new heater and recommended that we just buy a new heater from him. I asked if he would incur some of the cost for the new heater since this one really never worked. He said it was our fault for choosing a cheap heater and that he would not help with the cost (even after we paid him several times to fix it). I then called the manufacture who sent someone out to inspect it. The person who came out told us that it was installed wrong (not enough space for ventilation) and that is why the faceplate melted, and that is why it kept breaking. That person then replaced the faceplate and now it works just fine and the cost was minimal due to him having the parts needed from another used heater. It is obvious to us that Randy does not know what he is doing when it comes to pool heaters and it he tried to blame it on us. Never had such a poor experience and would not recommend anyone to use them, especially when there are plenty of other options.

Never done business here but watch out for the drivers of the business doing 60+mph in residential
