GREAT PLACE, GOOD FOOD BUT NEED NEW STAFF! THE GIRL WITH THE LONG BLACK HAIR IS ALWAYS SO MEAN AND RUDE TO PEOPLE! LIKE GOD FORBID WE BOTHER HER! AND I HAVE HEARD MULTIPLE STORIES FROM OTHERS WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCES ABOUT HER!
This is my favorite bar on 25th street. The atmosphere is great. I really love the Beetles them they have throughout the bar. And everyone knows the city club has THE BEST WINGS in the the world. Like literally THE BEST WINGS!
The waitresses and waiters are always so nice and helpful. And anytime people get out of hand, they're always asked to tone it down or leave. Great drinks. Great food. Great ambiance. What more could you want?
We called to get wings for takeout, since we're in a pandemic and all. A girl answered and informed me that they don't do takeout, dine-in only. While I asked my sister if we wanted to go in (we were in the parking lot) and started to say that we weren't going to, even before I could finish my sentence, she hung up on me. It's unfortunate, because the food is amazing, but the customer service is lacking hard core.
Until tonight it would of been a 10 if you are Black dont go here the regular bar tender and older lady is great but tonight smh never have I had a waitress come out and yell at me after her service was poor.... Professionalism is not a stong point here. Will be contacting the BBB asap....
This place is awesome! Expect beetle stuff everywhere. Good food, good drinks, good vibes
