Went to this DSW and was told by two employees that I had to wear a mask. I have medical conditions that exempt me from wearing a mask. They told me I could do curbside, but there is no way to know if a shoe fits properly or comfortably without trying it on first. Stop pushing masks on everyone! Businesses that harass its customers and force mask wearing will lose business, just like today. Between me and my sister, we would have spent at least $100.
I was disappointed when I couldn't find a new collection of boots and shoes.

Really love the $15 shopping card along with discounts and rewards, really helps at Christmas time. Can always find something new and fashionable.
Absolutely incompetent staff. While checking out there was an error and the register didn’t print a receipt. Stardust the manager told me it didn’t go through on their end. I looked I. My account and it did go through but she went on to tell me it will fall off my account. Absolutely insane. And guess what it didn’t so now I had to go back to the store the next day like she said and there’s nothing they can do there now I have to call the research department. Absolutely rude and incompetent staff.
