Been closed for two days now for drive through and lobby isnt open and you cant schedule an appointment because no one answers its the only branch in southern wisconsin totally unprofessional.
Waited 45 mins in lobby for assistance. Wells Fargo are very fraudulent they charge you over draft fees to transfer your money in between your own accounts weeks later. Wells Fargo says even though I canceled cards merchants can still charge my closed account and accrue more overdraft fees. Never again will I bank or recommend wells Fargo . The only bright spot was Alberto he was very polite and helpful with what he could do.
This bank is horrible! I inquired about a promotion for an account opening that they are advertising to promote or increase their customer base, however, when you try to use the promotion they go every measure possible to prevent you from actually getting a promotion. Also, all the information that I was given was missing leading until I called the customer service rep out on it. At that moment, she got an attitude. Wells Fargo will continue to have to go extreme measures to get customers and gain business because they are horrible bank. And this branch has horrible customer service skills.
ready to get other bank the reason i said this ,,,is on one site it says the bank on king drive is temporarily closed and on a other it says permanently closed ????
