We have visited this branch several times in a couple weeks with some personal issues. Joesph was very helpful and patient with us and our questions . He seemed sincere in his advice and we appreciate him. This last trip to this branch had us there for a good half hour 45 minutes but Emily was extremely helpful , answered all of our questions and even though she recommended we go the main branch for further assistance, we decided to stop at the house to put groceries away and low and behold that branch called us and said that particular issue had been resolved saving us a trip across town. I must thank Emily for going above and beyond!!!!! Now that’s customer service!!!! Two thumbs up for these two individuals!!!!!

What a horrible banking experience!! if you want to be ripped off and then lied to this is the bank for you!! First off I did not have enough to cover a transaction that came though. I went right away to the bank and deposited enough money to cover this and they turn around and charge me three over draft fees. Talked to the lady while I'm doing this deposit, she tells me it will be fine no charges will be applied. what a bunch of B******t. WORST BANK EVER!!!
