This particular location isn't bad, just the bank as a whole is terrible! All the way from the CEO to HR!! Terrible business!!
So I was that person who was warned not to join TCF bank because their terrible and will steal your money, but I chose to ignore that and think “that won’t happen to me.” Well, I made a huge mistake..nthey take your money, and the bank doesn't give a damn about their customers.nI called to get my money back that shouldn’t have been taken. They didn’t care nor did they have a solution.nDon’t do it to yourself. This bank is bad.
