Update! I just recently bought a pair of Ultra Dry Irish Setter boots from Itzin’s. I knew very little about purchasing boots so I relied heavily on the expertise of the staff. The one major take-away from my experience was, once I was fitting and put the boots on in the store and walked around, I was told that “they will take about a day or two to break in and once they are broken in they will fell as comfortable as wearing your slippers”. They were absolutely right. Thanks to the knowledgeable staff at Itzen’s I am confident in my purchase and will be a customer for life.nnYour feet will be well cared for here. Great selection, brilliant service, what you should expect from a shoe store and cobbler service, Dave can save most any shoe, he is a magician.
What a great experience! We have been coming to Itzin’s for many years. Dave was so helpful sizing and fitting our daughters for hiking boots. Even with a busy store, Dave took the time to fit them correctly. He was kind and jovial, awesome with kids. The hiking boots will be here in less than a week. We are impressed and will be back!
Itzin's is the BEST place to buy shoes or have leather repaired. Staff is always friendly & helpful. I have been going here for more years than I care to remember & it always seems to stay the same. Keep up the good work!!
