Great bank and customer service! Sometimes drive thru takes longer not because of staff but because of customers not being ready with their deposit or having 10 questions while you wait behind them.
Always horrendously slow. No adjustments have been made to make this better. Unfriendly management.
This place has the slowest drive thru workers I have ever met what should be a 5 to 8 minute transaction takes closer to 30 it is ridiculously slow
The staff make this one of the best places to bank. The business I work for uses Chase Bank so I am there several times during the week. I hate that it is located with in the mall area just because at times the traffic in and out can be horrible. However, the friendly customer service staff make it completely worth it. They all know me by name and I always feel welcome. I would highly recommend this branch of Chase Bank.
I have had only GREAT service at this location.
