Don’t come here. This branch (and PNC in general) is a joke. It is “cashless”. You can’t take-out cash at this branch. Why do they have 5 people standing around on a Saturday if they don’t allow anyone to withdraw cash? Makes no sense. They don’t understand their customers or banking in general. People don’t come into the bank to have a conversation or chat, they come in to withdraw cash.
Cashless branch. Giant waste of time
LAZY WORKERS wouldn’t let me create my account because it “takes 30 minutes to set up an account & they close at 1” We came in at 12:17 so it was more than enough time to create an account. This is my 5th time going and being sent out unhappy and I will not be banking with PNC anymore.
Looks nice on the inside but no employees around or teller station when I went inside. As I write this, first time I have seen anyone that works here and they haven't talked to me yet.
Very prejudice at this location.
