With Covid 19, the drive up was the only way to do a transaction and I was worried that I could not make a withdrawl that was higher than an amount they usually allowed at the window. Needless to say Kyle Wolf, the bank associate, eased my concerns and my withdrawl was approved.... but more so he was extremely pleasant and personable. Definitely a a wonderful experience with a great employee....He truly embodies what customer service is all about

I couldn't be happier with the service from the Market Square branch, specifically with Chiia, the branch manager. Her knowledge of the industry is only surpassed by her friendliness. She takes the time to know her clients and always steers them in the right direction. I recently experienced an identity theft issue with my business account. Unfortunate, but a part of the world we live in. Within 24 hours Chiia notified me, looked into the situation and was able to verify the transaction was atypical (based on personal experience working with me in the past), secured my account, transferred my funds to my new account, and set me up so I was able to cut paychecks to my employees the next day. The only reason I am giving this location a five star review is because it won't allow me to give it six.
