This is the best urgent care experience I've ever had! I had to get a medical clearance packet completed for school, and it required several visits within a short period. Dr. were outstanding in their level of care. I would definitely recommend Downtown Urgent Care to anyone!
I went to Sussex urgent care for a possible broken finger. They don't have an x-ray there and weren't able to see me. They suggested many other close urgent care facilities. They were so helpful I went to Froedert in New Berlin. Again the staff impressed me with how helpful and thoughtful they were. I avoid going to hospitals as a general rule. I wouldn't mind going back to either one. They were great!
My Mom was on the 3 West for a heart catheterization. The Doctors, Nurses, CNA, Nurse Managers, entire health care team Secretaries, were very helpful and caring. The communication between the staff was open and honest. I traveled from Mobile, Alabama and the atmosphere was compassionate, and sincere. Staff members were accommodating and willing to assist. Mom entrusted them with her care and we are so grateful for every individual. The staff was always busy assisting patients and families members. My prayer is for God to cover each worker and patients. Sending healing to everyone, in Jesus name
I suppose this could be due to the fact that this is a “teaching” hospital but it was the worse experience I’ve had with labor and delivery. Unfortunately, there’s no do over so I have to save the regrets of going with Dr. Menon and this hospital for child birth. The entire 3 day stay, I felt like a specimen and felt like my newborn daughter was a specimen to the hospital and team. They even tried to give my daughter a second hep B shot, because I was under general anesthesia I was unaware that she had gotten her shot after birth. If it were not for my husband being there to say something , she very well would have gotten it. Not one time did I see my actual OB that I had been seeing for months. This was my 4th child and 4th cesarean and I’ve never not seen my OB at all. From the moment I laid in the bed I knew my experience was going to be less than desirable. I had two nurses who actually seemed to care. Other than that everyone was very... cold and everything just seemed so sterile. The toughest time was in the operating room... I’ll never forget the nurse shoving the catheter in. I’ve never had anyone inserted a catheter the way this nurse Marissa did. Everyday, there were just people in and out of my room. I felt like I never even rested in the hospital.nnAs I write this, it brings tears to my eyes that my last OB with Columbia St Mary’s retired after our 3rd child, because her and her team were genuinely caring. My doc there and the anesthesiologist checked in the next day. They were comforting the entire time, from check in to check out. It makes me cry that this experience is something I wish I could do over. For it to be my last pregnancy, I wish it had been a more pleasant experience. Unless you want to be treated like a specimen and experiment, I’d go elsewhere. I’m just happy to be home with my sweet daughter and can start to put this behind me.
The medical staff seems hard working and competent.nUnfortunately. all other staff I've interacted with including administrative, customer service, security, records and billing are difficult and hard to deal with. If only looking at medical treatment, Froedert is a decent hospital. Although as a whole, I would not recommend Froedert Hospital and would seek other establishments for medical attention when possible.
