Awesome employees. Always very helpful and easy to work with.
One is unable to speak with any human being when calling the bank telephone number. I was unable to be helped due to the lack of options given by the automated voice. Poor service unfortunately.

Always get my cash here. Very nice.
It's absolutely impossible to get to speak to an actual human about a problem. I was on the phone for 20 minutes trying to find a way to actually talk to someone. And then on your website under 'suggestions and complaints' it just says to contact customer service but doesn't give you a number or anything....Isn't that exactly what I've been trying to do for the past 20 minutes???
