Really terrible bank that makes banking extremely difficult. I'm a member of UW credit union right next door to this as an individual and use US bank for my business, they are night and day different.nnUS Bank has not handled the pandemic well, it was a bad branch on a good day but during the pandemic they have reduced drive up staff entirely.nnYoure limited to using the one drive up ATM which at time of writing is broken. I cannot deposit cash into my own business account. Everytime I go its a several hour event to the point I dread interacting with US Bank. Looking forward to doing whatever it takes to move my account elsewhere, to those looking I strongly recommend going next door to UW Credit Union which is far superior.

Great customer service. I usually call ahead before I come in and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Monday morning usually is very busy so you might expect a line.

Had the most Racist Experience at this branch 8/7/18. I’ve been with this bank over 10 years and depositing the same checks from the same company for over 5 years. Today the bank teller told me my check looked like it might bounce. I said what’s the difference between this check and the other 100 checks from the same company deposited in the same account. No one could explain. On bank teller said it could be the amount. I said not so I was in the same bank days prior to get a cashiers check to Purchase another house for cash. I said I’ve been with this bank for more than ten years and they never offered me any products. They never offered any mortgage products either. No suit & Tie no service!
