They don’t open up as there posted hours indicate.
They close at 5:30pm, they used to stay open until 6pm, heavily inconvenient since most people work until 5pm. I raced over there after work to close an account and then the guy says they are not a full service branch so they cannot do that for me. Seriously? This is a downtown branch. Another reason to never use this bank.
This used to be my favorite drive-through branch to make deposits, but they seem under-staffed lately. The last two times I went there, the wait was extremely long, because only one person was working.
When your hours they are open till 6 you don't close at 5:30 it's not that hard to update your web services I just drove almost an hour because this was open an hour later than all the other Banks to find out it's closed can you say real pissed off
If you're hours says your open til 6pm you're supposed to stay open til 6pm! Not stay open but have your gates down til 6pm..nnSuggestion maybe change your closing hours on your door.
