This bank can’t do anything right. And they lie steal your money. I called 4 banks to speak to a banker they never answer there phone. If you use US BANK CROSS YOUR FINGERS YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE YOUR MONEY FOR LONG!!!!
Please correct your hours of operation, thats the only problem i have. Since my boss refuses to do direct deposit and i cant use the picture deposit, i drove well out of my way to your branch because its listed as the drive through being open untill 6. I got here at 5:25 and it was completely closed with no lanes open.
They just need more people for drive up services.
Terrible customer service. I’ve never gone into a bank and had tellers staring at me for 15 minutes without offering help. Whether they were just getting there and hadn’t set up yet or not. The customer service was terrible. What do you think I’m here for?
